Customer service was great. Unfortunately the repair was not done correctly and I’m disappointed. I dropped it off with Gerber at the beginning of August and did not receive it back until the Beginning of September. Parts are hard to find for this vehicle, so was expected. However, when you wait that long you expect them to be able to source the right parts for the vehicle and give it back to you fully repaired. They replaced the driver side taillight with the wrong taillight, so now I have two taillights that don’t match. They also told they were going to call me to come back later to replace a trim piece(the piece the Nissan badge is on) they could not get. Almost a month later, I never got a call or a follow up. So I’m driving around in a partially repaired car with mismatched taillight

I had a really rough time dealing with the insurance company after my parked car was hit, but Gerber Collision & Glass made everything else unbelievably smooth. Their communication was consistent, clear, and way better than what I was getting from insurance. Despite the holiday, they still got my repair done fast, way quicker than I expected, and the work came out clean. I’m genuinely pleased with how my car looks now. If you need repairs, I definitely recommend bringing your car here. They really took care of me when the insurance company didn’t.

I had a great experience with this Gerber location. They were very accommodating in allowing me to wait until all parts came in prior to dropping our car off as it was still operational so as to minimize rental car charges. Communication in advance of work being done was stellar as was the twice weekly status updates on Tuesday and Thursday when the car was with them. I was kept up to speed every step of the way. Prior to coming to Gerber, I engaged with two other collision specialists that were NOT Gerber - both on Independence. One was a company alleging no advertising / all referral and I am not sure how this is possible - all 5 star reviews - I have never seen that before for any company. The process from general inquiry, by way of referral from my dealer, all the way through pickup was seamless and perfectly done. The entire staff is polite, professional, and knowledgeable. My brand new car was a victim of a hit and run, resulting in my door being completely damaged as well as having my frame impacted. The repair is so good you can't tell it was hit. The paint match is perfect. If you're in need of body work, try them out. The time frame for completion was also much sooner than anticipated not just because of the supply chain for materials but their work efficiency. Overall, the quality of work and service at Gerber is superb! I'm happy with my results.

I unfortunately was involved in an MVA back in August, which was what brought me to this location. I'm glad I did, though. Amanda from the front desk was ALWAYS super responsive and friendly and answered any and all questions I had. When it came time to drop the vehicle off for its repairs, they kept me updated along the way with time frames and what they might be waiting on. Even if I did have a question or just wanted another update, a quick email would he respond in a timely manner or even just a quick phone call as well. We did have a couple of bumps along the way with the insurance company, but Greg had no problem trying to communicate with them over and over again to help it get resolved for me.
