My insurance company recommended Joe Hudson's Collision Center. I'm so glad they did. Everything went very smoothly and I was kept very informed on the progress and expected completion date. They did a wonderful job on the repair and detailed my car. It is beautiful. I thank all of you for the great repair and awesome customer service.

Do not waste any time or money at this place. I came over a month ago to get 2 estimates. One estimate was for damage in transit for my vehicle and the other was for me to do cosmetic fixes. The claim for the damage in transit was approved but apparently it was changed some how but the body shop never called me once. They never called to give me the other quote nor did they call to tell me there was an issue. Then when I asked about the other quote to fix some minor issues she was dismissive and told me she could me the quote right then and there. Well, why did a month go by with zero communication. Then I decided to just leave. I said wow on my way out because the customer service is that terrible. Then the lady started giving me an attitude. Communication is important. I could have found

If you enjoy long waits, zero communication, and being treated like an inconvenience, Joe Hudson’s Collision is the place for you. My car was there for a month for hail damage, even though the original estimate was only two weeks. I had to constantly call for updates because no one bothered to reach out, and every time I did, the woman at the front desk acted like I’d personally ruined her day. They also managed to order the wrong part twice and somehow broke my tail light—then tried to make my insurance pay for their mistake. Even my insurance rep couldn’t believe it when he visited them. In fact, my insurance rep and a staff member got into it. Hilarious. Nothing but headaches from Joe Hudson :)

The whole process was by far the best collision repair experience we have ever had- Kristin called me every Tuesday and Thursday with an update to where we were in the process. Our vehicle was completed and returned well before the estimate we were given at drop off, which was great news!
