Gerber Collision & Glass were absolutely amazing! They kept me informed through the entire process. The manager John was very helpful and easy to work with. They even detailed the whole inside of my truck! They've gained a lifetime customer!!

I was in an accident and Gerber made the whole experience so much easier than I expected. The insurance company set me up with them, I dropped it off and they called the rental company to pick me up. I received a text update every Tuesday and Thursday from someone actually in the shop looking at my car. When I picked it up, they'd not only done a beautiful job repairing my doors and panels, but the car had been washed, the floor mats and wheels cleaned, and a few other details seen to. Getting in an accident is never a great experience, but I feel totally taken care of by Gerber in CDA. Thank you!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Gerber Collision & Glass on Fourth Street in Coeur d’Alene. Our vehicle has been sitting there for five weeks and we still haven’t been able to move forward with repairs. It took them forever just to get a quote done, and once that was finally completed, they stopped responding to our insurance company altogether. To make matters worse, they’ve failed to provide two simple photos needed to move things along — something that should take five minutes. The lack of communication is beyond frustrating, and every interaction we’ve had with the staff has been met with rudeness and zero accountability. My vehicle has been in their shop twice; both times I was notified with weekly updates informing me of their next steps for repair and everything was completed and returned, BEAUTIFULLY, in such timely manner!
