Get your car inspected after they do repair work. There will be paint imperfections, damaged parts put on the vehicle, and panels they remove to paint will start to fall off after a couple months. You might even get your car returned reeking of cigarettes like I did! Stephano, the manager, is absolutely awful. When I called about paint imperfections and my car being returned smelling like cigarettes, the response I got was “well only the parts went into the paint booth.” Absolute joke of a collision shop. Go anywhere else.

The first time I was informed my Ranger was repaired and presented to me after undergoing Gerber’s quality inspection, the entire right side of the truck bed was poorly painted and not supposed to be painted at all. At the beginning of my interactions with Jessi Hawley, Gerber Collisions representative, I experienced some difficulties in regards to my aftermarket exhaust. Due to the accident, my right exhaust pipe was damaged and pushed forward and off of the mount. During the install inspection, Jessi questioned me about who installed my exhaust system. I informed him that I installed the exhaust myself. Which in response, Jessi stated the reason my exhaust was pushed forward and crooked was due to improper installation and a missing support mount.
