Don’t fix the car with Gerber Collision in fisher location. After one month I picked up my car, my car interior plastic pop up. The worst location to fix the car. My car AC doesn’t blow the air. It wasn’t like this when I dropped my car off at Gerber Collision and glass. I regretted my decision to fix the car with Gerber Collision and Glass. The whole stuff, the mechanic, the customer service is unprofessional. The mechanic mess up my car. The customer service give a lip service. All stuff at Gerber Collision and glass are a Lier and all stuff at Gerber Collision and glass do the job lack of care and attention to my car. Worst service ever. They kept my car for over a month while I was paying for a rental car. Amanda Turner lied to me everyday about progress on my repair. They never ever had the new bumper I needed. Finally admitted they couldn't get a replacement. I had to go in shop and demand my car back. Guess they would have kept it forever. Even manager was no help. They both lied to me repeatedly. Don't take your car there. I'm telling everyone I know about my horrible service.

The Gerber staff did a great job on our repair! From beginning to end, they were friendly, honest, professional, and informative! I would highly recommend them!

Update: I spoke with the regional manager, sent him pictures to review, and they continue to refuse to cover this under their guarantee. I had work on my vehicle at Gerber Collision in October 2023. They were very professional and appeared to do a great job with the repair. However, 3 months later the repair didn’t hold up (cracking, warping). There was nothing outside of normal driving (no new collision) during this 3 months. I was told when I picked up the vehicle after the repair that I should bring it back if I ever have a problem with the repair because the repair was guaranteed. So, I did… I scheduled a time to bring in my vehicle. When they examined my vehicle I was told that it wouldn’t be covered because there was “damage”.
