The location in Des Plaines is an absolute dive. The one Glenview is extremely nice and very upscale. The one Glenview at least has six parking places. The one in Des Plaines did not have any. The parking lot was completely packed and full, and I had to park down the street. It’s also on a one-way street so if you can’t find parking, you can’t turn around. I would not recommend the location in Des Plaines. They claim Mia in customer service has been in contact with me to help resolve the issue. That is an absolute lie. I did not get a call. I have no email messages and there are no messages on my phone. They have my phone number if they want to call me. So that makes the second lie. I’ve only been to 2 gerbers and this by far is the best location. Great service and timing and also the front desk girl Adrianna is very friendly. Hopefully I don’t have any other accident but if I do I will come back here for sure. Highly recommended.

I was recently rear ended, and Gerber made the process of fixing my vehicle so smooth. Making the appointments were easy, they worked with Enterprise for a rental vehicle, and the vehicle/repairs look great. The staff were also so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

I stopped in to get a quote I'm getting a dent removed and the gentleman I spoke to was very nice and extremely helpful. He was very confident that the PDR guy could get the dent out without having to do body work. When I called back a few days later he said that the dent guy didn't think he could get it out and that I'm better off painting the rear quarter on the truck. The problem with that is I didn't really want to spend $1,000 on a dent that I believe could be taken out. I hear good things about their services my beef is that I was told extremely confident can get it out then on the follow-up it was had to paint the whole rear quarter instead. This is not bashing them in any way but in the picture I included I was able to have a guy get the dent out 100%. So I did not have to paint

I work in the service industry, and this was the worst service I received in a long time. The google reviews was why I came to this location in the first place. I spoke with Luis Garcia, and one of the first things he mentioned was that my car was totaled. All the representative did was eye my car and took pictures. I was driving my vehicle back and forth to the shop. I had an appointment on Thursday for an official estimate, but when I got to the shop I was told one was sent to my insurer, which wasn't what was discussed when I spoke with Louis. I asked for a copy and was told to ask my insurer. This started a whole avalanche of problems on top of the ones I already had with my car. After getting the assessment it had no cost attached to it and the description said the document was not a
