They walked me through the process, kept me informed and met their timeline all while giving courteous and professional customer service! i had a wonderful experience at this Gerber location! the staff is very friendly and provided me with thorough, transparent communication throughout the entire repair process. they replaced my entire bumper in just two days and my car looks excellent. they even cleaned my car inside & out which was the cherry on top!

I had a very good experience with Gerber Golden Valley when they repaired one of my vehicle’s doors. They were professional and courteous and did a great job. Enterprise came to their parking lot so I didn’t have to go anywhere to pickup a loaner vehicle. They even returned the vehicle to me cleaned inside and out.

Being in an accident is already such a stressful situation as it is, and Gerber made the process so much easier to deal with. I loved knowing that my car was in good hands, and that it would be well taken care of! My car was beautiful when it was finished, I was incredibly pleased with the work.
