Honest, trustworthy, and refreshing to work with. My husband brought his truck in for the 60k-mile maintenance and specifically asked to have the brake pads replaced. After thoroughly checking everything, they let us know the pads still had about 75% life left and didn’t need replacing yet. That level of honesty is rare. I truly feel that many dealerships would have replaced them just to make a sale. It’s clear they prioritize integrity and customer trust over upselling. We’ll absolutely be back and would 100% recommend Gregg & Jim’s to anyone looking for a mechanic they can trust.

I have shopped several car shops. Gregg and Jim's was recommended. And, have been happy ever since. Nat has been honest every turn. Explaining, all possibilities and costs that I may be looking at. Sometimes cheaper, sometimes more but, always honest. I am a very patient person and will wait for the right parts a answers. Good decision. I would recommend them for any repair.

Nathan was awesome! He provided me a quote for changing my tail light for my commercial van I approved the estimate and he ordered the parts and repairs and installed it in no time I also bring all my other vehicles including my Boat for service needed Nathan and his staff are very professional and helpful throughout the whole process/ repairs of my vehicle needs What is even better is they are a small business and appreciate every customer they have. I brought my car in for an oil change. As always the service was great! The car was ready when I asked for it to be ready as I dropped it off in the morning so I could pick it up later. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They are very thorough, but don’t try and sell me services I don’t need. And it was so easy to schedule the appointment online. I will continue to bring my car here and continue to recommend them.

Had a wonderful experience at Gregg & Jim's. I always have so much anxiety trying to find an honest autoshop, but Gregg & Jim's proved they are good honest mechanics that genuinely want to help solve your issue and not just try to collect money. I have tremendous appreciation for the awesome work they did. Fair pricing as well! Will be going again anytime I have car issues. 10/10 recommend!
