Gerber Collision & Glass

RO #3201613845 Very very poor communication was hoping their work quality was ok but unfortunately it's as bad as the communication. Gaps misaligned, parts not attached properly, paint rough texture, etc. But they always have an excuse whether it's the insurances company or that's to factory spec. Truck was there for close to a month for damages that most people never noticed here where i work. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Never. NEVER take your vehicle, whether it's a car, truck, SUV, riding lawnmower or bicycle to this facility. This place has horrible customer service and the "work" they do is even worse. After I was rear ended, I went to Gerber mainly because it was a preferred repair facility through my insurance company. They kept it two weeks past the time they said it would be finished. No problem. Things happen. Understood. When I finally got my vehicle back, it was visibly worse than what it was originally. Plus, they barely even washed it. I had to bring it back on two separate occasions to fix what they failed to fix the previous times. After the last visit, I took it to a REAL facility and was told that not only did they over charge me, but their work wasn't done right. Stay FAR away from Gerber

The car repairs were well done, but the people who handle payments are extremely sketchy. When I paid my deductible via check when repairs were done, they immediately electronically deposited it, and then a week later somehow also physically deposited it in their bank. Upon calling, they told me that they saw the double deposit but I had to still come in to "prove" it and that they had no idea how long it would take for corporate to fix their mistake. Don't play with people's money. I would not recommend Gerber to anyone.

I brought my to Gerber Collision in Gonzales,La. My car was there almost two months.The adjuster, Phuong V. , missed a lot of damage caused by the accident. I had to go over there twice and point out noticeable damage he should have seen when he did his first assessment.The communication with the adjuster,Phuong V , and Gerber Collision was awful,very unprofessional.Almost two months he should have seen all the noticeable damage. I will never go there again or recommended anyone to go there. Very unprofessional!!!!!!

I was impressed the the knowledge and professionalism of Lawrence when getting my estimate. I will be scheduling my repair with Gerber. Update: The work was completed on time, as promised. Everyone there is always very polite and friendly.
