Gerber Collision & Glass - Intake Center

Guy was extremely rude to me when I went in to get an easy photo done for the new car insurance I just received..very huffy and puffy as well as the other review I just read(probably the same guy) .. granted I didn't have an appointment ..but literally nobody was in the shop, he seemed mad that he actually had to get up off his butt to do something. I even apologized to him if I was "bothering him" and he just ignored me. I never write reviews on anything but this guy is a horrible employee who shouldn't deal with the public.

Joanne was so kind, helpful and a joy to speak with when I picked up my car from here after a car accident. They kept me in the loop along the way and we’re very professional. Even with parts needing to be ordered and shipping delays the shop kept me informed while doing everything they could. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I had my equinox fixed at Carubba recently and was completely satisfied. John was nothing but professional, honest and followed up with me twice during the repairs. My car came back good as new and extremely clean inside!! I highly recommend this repair shop.

The store manager, John, doesn't appear to be happy working there anymore. Called to do a mandatory insurance vehicle inspection, was told no appointments, walk in. Walked in a couple days later and John asked if I had an appointment with attitude...ha! He seemed annoyed and had an attitude throughout my experience being there. I initially greeted him politely and asked how he was. "Well the day is almost over." He responded. He didn't even return the question. Would avoid taking any of my future business to Carubba now.

great expierence. I used to own my own business and its sad that most people that leave comments about a business are just the ones that want to complain. I have 4 visits to carubba for repair work and pictures for my insurance co. and each time i worked with john and i couldnt have been more pleased. 3 of the visits i had were for collision repairs and each time john set up everything and it went perfectly. I now am in the auto industry and i highly recommend Carubba to my customers.
