My experience with them was absolutely positive. The communication was great, the staff was great and the work they performed was great as well. I'm thoroughly pleased. I highly recommend. Plus, they suggested that I mention to Enterprise that my vehicle was getting repaired by Gerber to get a discount on my rental. Everything went smoothly. Kudos to the Loves Park Gerber staff!! A++

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision , and I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The communication was clear, the staff was friendly and professional, and the repair work was done with great attention to detail. My Jeep looks fantastic, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Thank you Jennifer & Fabian as well as the staff!

The vehicle is in for front bumper repair. It was initially estimated to take 2-3 business days, but then the completion was delayed by four days and now it's been postponed for another four days. And then another 5days already The car still isn't ready, forcing adjustments to all my plans.

My car was hit and it was the first time I've had to go through something like this. They did a good job explaining everything to me making the process very smooth. Alissa called and kept me informed on the status of my car throughout the process and it was ready when promised. I had a minor flaw I wasn't happy about and the manager made sure to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car! I would definitely recommend.

Mauro Perez who is the general manager of this Gerber location, has integrity and is a trustworthy individual. He is a feather in the cap of this Gerber collision.
