Gerber Collision & Glass

I was put through with Gerber and Glass through my insurance and it was an easy stress free experience. I get alerts on my phone from my car and every day, even saturdays, they were working on my car. They provided updates every Tuesday and Thursday and were very easy to communicate with. My Rav drives incredible and you can’t even tell what they replaced.

How can you provide warranty service if you do not return customer calls? How can you get to a warranty situation if you fail to repair a vehicle and return it still in disrepair? They had my car for over 7 weeks and returned it, still not repaired, twice! Never completed the job. Vehicles are among the highest value items we own, sometimes the highest, and I would recommend you entrust yours elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! These people had my vehicle for over 7 weeks! Told me countless times when my car would be completed- and it never was. I had to frequently call for updates on my vehicle. Just picked it up finally after a stressful 7 weeks, and it still has damage from the accident (that wasn't my fault). DONT come here, terrible service and customer service!!! Attached photos of the scratches left behind!

I've had my vehicle in at this location twice now. The first time was okay, nothing super amazing but went well. The second time was great! I had a decent amount of front damage after an accident and it looks brand new! Only driven it a day but so far so good! Friendly staff, really great communication on what's going on during repairs and very thorough with their paperwork! Thanks gerber!

I had hail damage and they rushed my car out so fast. I called to try to add some small things to the bill out of pocket. The estimator never called me and the next day they called me to say it was done. I was upset cause the lack of communication I found to be very unprofessional. I mean they lost out on money and now I have to bring it in again later. I thought that was the end of it and six days later I go to open the hood and a loud noise came from near the hinge area and I see they misaligned my hood so bad it bent my hood and fenders. Such a horrible experience. Let’s see if they step up and make this right.
