Actually, not sure how I felt about the shop. It was clean walking in. The receptionist greated me as well as the man to the right. The other gal that did my estimate on my car was rather aloof and disconnected. I was not frustrated just disappointed. I decided to take my car repair to Honda of Mentor.

After my car was keyed, my insurance company recommended taking my car to Frankie and Dylan's for the estimate. I had never been there before, or knew anyone that had taken their car there so I was skeptical of their work. After getting the estimate and learning that they could get my car in next week I decided to give them a try. Frankie and Dylan's did a fantastic job repairing all the marks left in my passenger door and rear quarter-panel. I would get daily email updates about my car and the expected completion date. They even finished early! I am very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone!

Stopped in to get a price on having Gerber replace a damaged metal strip that goes on my bumper, I already had the replacement part. Their quote was THREE times less than the dealer was going to charge to install it. They installed the part right on the spot while I waited. I've used them before for work and they've always been excellent. Highly recommend.

Absolute hacks. I wouldn't suggest taking my car here if you care about it. My car was hit by a State Farm driver, and I took it to Gerber for an estimate to be repaired per State Farm's request/recommendation. Amber asked me about the damage my car sustained, then proceeded to ignore that information as she snapped photos, leaving several damaged items off of her estimate, and actually specifying the wrong grille for my car (a difference of over $600 for that part alone) even though we discussed issues with my adaptive cruise control (the estimate CLEARLY marks the grille she spec'd as "NOT FOR VEHICLES WITH ADAPTIVE CRUISE..."). Mitch and his guys took very good care of my Jeep! It was done faster than I expected and way cheaper! They were all so friendly! By far the BEST experience I've ever had with a body shop!! Highly recommend this location!!
