Marcie and Greg are just awesome! Updates on progress as well as quality of work is fantastic. My daughter had been hit by a deer and they fixed her car like new. Working with insurance was easy with Gerber as well as rental reservation. Very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I got hit by a rather large deer in my relatively new car on the 1 year anniversary of having it. As you can imagine, I was devastated! But I cannot say enough about Gerber, Merrillville. From the moment they received my vehicle to the moment I picked it up, approx 3 weeks, I got regular updates weekly and communication on work that needed to be completed and when it was completed. They even had it back to me sooner than the estimated time. It was a heavy job with the majority of the passenger side and front having to be repaired or totally replaced. John was the absolute best to work with. One of the most professional gentleman I have ever had to work with, in fact. Brooke was also great in relaying my calls and answering what she could.
