Gerber Collision & Glass

Recently took my vehicle to Gerber after a car accident. They were so easy to work with through the insurance company and did a fantastic job. My car looks like new again. Customer service was great, they explained things well, car was finished before the promised date, and I'm pretty sure they have a paint magician in the back.

Don’t go. Randy manager is rude. Frankly wasted my time. My truck sat there and never got touched. Randy got Really mad once I started asking intelligent questions. Let’s say this. … Don’t go there. Ohhhh and Christie. Please….

After our accident we ended up at Gerber by sheer luck, and we are so grateful we did. They did an amazing job with the repairs and their customer service was outstanding. We will never go anywhere else.

*Aside from my headache of an experience I will start by saying the body work is great, it looks wonderful & they have friendly service* My issue is the mechanical problems. I was a victim of car insurance fraud so I had to use my insurance & was only given 3 choices, chose this shop based on reviews. The accident was last year & I just had to take it back for the 3rd time yet it’s still having mechanical issues. I’m disabled & can’t afford to take it to another shop so I’m stuck driving it as is until I can sell it & take a huge loss financially.

Love this location. My husband and I have worked with Brandy twice now she’s great and the rest of the team as well. My cars always look brand new not only on the outside but inside too! And they work insanely fast. Thank you gerber! 10/10
