I’ve had 2 cars now repaired by Gerber. Cannot recommend enough. If you’ve been in an accident, go see them. Jeremy will make sure your car looks like new before you leave with it. They really take pride in their work, not just fix it well enough to satisfy insurance. Thank you, Gerber (and Jeremy), for your outstanding service. I’ll never take a car anywhere else.

I submitted an online estimate and already knew that once they saw the car in person that price would most likely be higher. I was pleasantly surprised that the online estimate was close to the final cost, which was higher. I did not file insurance. From the time I made the appointment Gerber was transparent with their communication. I was told they could not guarantee a done date but that I would receive text updates every Tuesday and Thursday. I received regular text and a call from the technician every step of the way. The car was done way faster than I expected and the quality was great. While I really hope I do not need their services again soon, if I do I will definitely bring my business back to Gerber.

I brought my son’s car here for body repair. Excellent service and communication from the very first interaction to the last one. Highly recommend you bring your vehicles here for autobody repair.

My car has been fixed by them a few times for different things. The staff is great and extremely helpful if you have any questions. I would highly recommend using them if you ever need a company for glass or collision work!

I would highly recommend Gerber Collision in Mount Juliet. Jeremy and Candi were great to work with and very responsive. They were proactive in sending updates and got my car done on schedule. Most importantly their work was excellent! They even washed my car before I picked it up. It was an excellent experience all around.
