I hope you never have an accident, but if you do, Gerber Collision in Racine is the place you want to go. This was hands-down the best experience I have ever had with car repairs. From the initial scheduling to the front office staff and my specific case manager, the communication was top-notch. They made the entire process seamless by handling everything—they coordinated directly with my insurance and even assisted with my rental car. They truly took the stress out of a bad situation and made it almost enjoyable. 10++ and completely satisfied with the quality of work. Thank you to the whole team!

Gerber Collision was selected by my insurance for repairs on my vehicle after an accident on January 26th, it is now April 30th, as of writing this review and I still have not received my vehicle after 3 months. I have been given several reasons for the delays, including one reason that they ordered one part that may take over a month to arrive, yet I when I was told when it did arrive around April 15th, that it will be completed within a week since that was the only repair left to do on the vehicle. A week goes by and then I receive another update that it will be done by early the following week (approx. April 28th). When I call on April 28th they stated they are working on installing the part that day and will call me with an update in the afternoon, yet I did not receive a phone call

Clips were missing, the door isn’t flush with the quarter panel, inside the door was also missing clips damage to the trim because the auto body workers can’t take their time. Just bad handling.

Bought my car brand new on march 20. Was hit on march 21st. Insurance company said Gerber was certified Subaru so we took it here. They had my car for 2 weeks and they drove it over 30 miles before I picked it up. I picked it up on a Friday and immediately noticed a very loud humming. Called right away Monday morning. They told me to bring it in on Tuesday. They took it for a drive and said they definitely hear it but its not due to their workmanship. They said they will have to contact my insurance company and see if they would pay them more money to look into it or it might have to be a warranty issue. I asked them where is the accountability?
