I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my visit to Gerber Collision & Glass in Kennewick. I want to clarify that there was no direct disrespect; however, the attitude and approach to customer service were not acceptable. As the owner of the vehicle, I took the time to clearly explain and point out the damages my vehicle sustained as a result of the accident, expecting that this information would be listened to and properly noted. Unfortunately, this did not happen. I felt that my concerns were not taken into consideration, as the interaction was limited to what the estimator chose to do, rather than acknowledging the customer’s observations. They did some paint work on our 2022 F 350. They got it in quickly, kept us up to date through text and phone calls and the paint matched perfectly. Terrific shop and great experience!

I am so impressed with the customer service at Gerber! I didn’t know what to expect and I chose them because it seemed like they would be able to get it done much more quickly than the other shops I visited. They were able to accommodate getting my car days earlier than scheduled since we were going to be out of town. They started working on the car earlier than expected. They ordered parts early and everything seemed to arrive very quickly. They had awesome communication and assigned us a representative, Lilly, who sent me regular text messages with updates and photos. She was fantastic to work with! If you enjoy being treated like family and having you vehicles treated as though they belonged to.themselves i .suggest you consider choosing Gerber Collision and Glass. Even if you are not 100% satisfied with their wonderful customer service and the work they have done (Which is highly unlikely) they will reach out to yoi and do everything in their power to make sure that they will change your mind. I know sometimes people do make a mistake here and there, however they will go above and beyond to make it right
