I originally left a review based on a scheduling issue that caused some frustration. However, I want to update this because the shop handled the situation professionally and went above and beyond afterward. There was a mix-up with my appointment that resulted in a delay, which was frustrating given that I travel about 1.5 hours from Missouri for service. That said, once everything was addressed, the team made a real effort to correct the situation. They provided a discount on the repair, covered my oil change, filled the tank, washed and cleaned the vehicle, and worked with me on pickup logistics so I wouldn’t be further delayed. I had to have my alternator changed on my bmw 320i and a new battery. My battery was under warranty and free to them. They charged me over 200 to put battery on. After that they said it needed to be tested on machine. I asked had they checked the alternator before putting it on the expensive machine and they advised me they had. After diagnosing the alternator (like I said) they charged me for it and proceeded to fix it. When I picked up my car the check engine light was on which had NEVER been on before. So over $2500 or more later my car was returned to me without being fully checked. Turns out they had left my O2 sensor unplugged which I discovered myself and after plugging it in my check engine light went off. It was a horrible experience!

When my car was done, as in an engine rebuild. German Auto Tech was able to hand rebuild it and get my beautiful car running again. The skill and detail of work they do is amazing. I could not be happier.

I will never take my vehicle again. Bought a used car from the Ford dealership, it wasn't a Ford, in Jonesboro. Six hours later my dash board lights up with warning lights. So Ford takes it here. Its throwing 4 different lean error codes and a catalytic converter error code. They tell Ford it is just because the rear O2 has been deleted with the aftermarket exhaust. Well that is the reason for the catalytic converter error code. Rear O2 sensors do not control air fuel mixture in any way they're simply there to monitor the catalytic converter. Would not trust any mechanic that does not know that basic thing. When I hear this I tell Ford to give me my vehicle back and I will fix the problem.
