Great experience and top notch service. We requested Lucus to perform a pre purchase inspection on a 2021 Mercdes Benz GLA250. The inspection was thourough, communication was exemplary and we decided to move forward with the purchase when the dealership agreed to put a new set of tires on the car due to Lucus and the tire depth readings he provided. If I lived near his shop (we live in Bend) they would be my go to.

They are the absolute best! I am so glad I found them over the dealership. They do much better work and are quicker and cost less. It's a customer win/win. I won't take my Audi or Mercedes anywhere else.

Lucas and crew brought my 1982 Diesel VW Pickup (Caddy) back to life after it had been sitting for over 20+ years. A true barn find! My grandson and I got the truck started and German Autowerks brought it back to life. I asked German Autoworks to inspect and preform all the maintenence and fine tuning. No computers on this thing! Tuning is an art. They even chased down taillight and turn signal issues, and all in a week's time. Just in time for Spring. Super reasonable pricing and stellar customer service.

Lucas and the entire staff were incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. My car broke down with major issues, and after one phone call they took on the job—no questions asked. Within a couple of hours Donovan (head mechanic) diagnosed the problem and provided a quote. Just a few days later, my car was like new again. They continue to follow up and are always available to answer any questions or concerns. I truly trust their work and service, and I will absolutely be a returning customer as long as I own this BMW—or any other German make or model. 💯 recommended
