German Car Specialists does a great job looking after my Audis and my BMW. They always provide friendly and professional service. Their estimates are accurate, their prices are reasonable, and they do quality work. If an unknown issue arises while they are working on the car. I have always been notified, provided options, and given an accurate cost of repair. I recommend them.

I brought in my 2019 Audi Q7 for a headlight issue, and the team diagnosed it quickly and accurately. The repair was handled the same day, and communication throughout the process was clear. Ask for Adam—he was excellent. He not only resolved the headlight problem but also checked a few additional items as a courtesy and provided helpful explanations by email. Overall, a very positive experience, with professional quoting and billing.

Adam was so easy to talk to and it did not feel like he was trying to get over on me or make a sale. He was straightforward and to the point. My car was able to get in a few days after I called. And I am driving it 1.5 days later. He quoted me a higher price than he charged me. I am stuck on Mercedes and don’t have Mercedes money so my older top of the line Benz’s will likely be back. Super happy to finally have a mechanic to call!

I had a great experience in having my car serviced here. Adam was very communicative, describing what needed to be done to the car..and equally important...what didn't. He gave me solutions to a couple of issues that saved more than $1,000 if I would have had to replace and repair them. This is where I will have my BMW serviced from now on.
