All of the guys are personable, honest, and know their jobs. They are my go to for the car I love. They are top notch. They know you by name and the service you need is explained by exhausted parts that they show you needs to be replaced. The waiting room is fully stocked for free, drinks, snacks and they have gorgeous flowers out front. Best in Waterford. You can be in and out for a complete oil change. I needed my tires rotated but the tires had locks on them. I couldn’t find the tools needed to unlock them. I was told by 3 different tire companies about my problem and all of them said they wouldn’t rotate my tires. The mechanics at Gerry’s Auto Care on Dixie Highway took the time to search my car and found the original tool needed to unlock the tires. Normally, it is way more expensive to remove the locks if you don’t have the key for the tire locks, but Gerry’s Auto Care was very honest about finding the key and did not charge me the higher rate to take the locks off and complete the tire rotations. Gerry saved me $10,000! I took my car to the dealership and they told me I needed a new engine and it would cost $11,000. Gerry said he could do the same repair for $9,000 so I brought my car to him. Instead of taking my money and replacing the engine, Gerry ran weeks of diagnostic tests and only could find a minor repair, so he fixed it and returned my car as good as new!
