Get Em Gone Towing

Very unprofessional! Instead of saying he couldn’t do the job in the beginning he just became unresponsive! Will never use or recommend this company to anyone!

I called towing at 10am, specifically 9:52. extra info its was $160 for 4.2 miles thats $38.09 a MILE if anyone wanted to know.. the dispatcher told me its a 1 hr wait, 11:30 come around i call back for a eta, i talk to the driver he tells me “im 45 mins away ill be there” my jaw dropped. At 12:46 when the driver decided to show up, i was told that the car was to low and that they would need to use “wheel dolly's” it would be an extra $50, i ask “could there be some sort of discount since i sat an waited 2 hrs” the dispatcher laughed and told me “nah man it be busy😀” mind you i paid over the phone & wait 2 hrs already so what am i gonna say no? Moral of the story don’t use em, they’re so many other ones. thank you for reading😄

These guys are the very best for not only the value but so much more. When my car broke down on a long back road I was getting more and more upset after calling 5 ..yes 5 other towing agencies only to be turned away. It was getting darker and I was so anxious and upset that I would be out there alone for God knows how long. Finally I called these guys....the best guys... The gentleman on the phone was such a patient person as they walked me over the phone how to share my location so that they knew exactly where to go. He didn't get upset if I was taking too long or wasn't sure what to do. He just stayed calm and didn't rush me off the phone like I'm sure many other companies would. They towed me 6 miles home and if the night wasn't horrible already they arrived right after I did to my hous

AMAZING!!!! They were polite and efficient. I was told a truck will there within 30mins. He was there in 20mins

Stephon was very professional and accommodating. He was able to pick up my vehicle a hour earlier then the time original posted time. He answered all of my questions and handled my car with care.
