Can’t give enough credit to GH12. I strongly recommend this autoshop for Eastside residents. I got my Lexus and BMW serviced here for years, 100% satisfaction. The service is off the chart and with much affordable and reasonable charge compared to dealer yet with great quality of maintenance and service. Joey and his staff are our go-to guy and I always recommend my friends to check out GH12 if looking for car repair/maintenance.

Honest work and Good Service. Joey will not do anything extra just to bill more. He will ask me to go Oil Change shops that is all is needed for regular maintenance.

The owner is really nice, I had a broken mirror, and he called in Mercedes if there is any in stock, and he got my new mirror on within 30mins, while other body shops told me to wait for like two months. This shop is a life savor!

Brought my car here for 120k service. Service was excellent. The employee took time to explain everything and did not try to up sale me on anything I didn't need. They are a trustworthy shop and I will continue to bring my car here. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, owner is very knowledgeable and explained the details of the service/problem very well. He also very honest when the service is not necessary yet, and asked customer to come back when the time due. They even have Wifi on-site so you can wait at their small lounge with free coffee! Highly recommend and price is very reasonable comparing others in Bellevue area.
