If you want knowledgeable service and great personal attention THIS IS the place to take your BMW. William and his son Caleb were like family. I wasn't expecting such down to earth professional advice and fast service. Don't let the building fool you; inside is a full service and comfortable setting. They were willing to explain questions I had when I asked and very informative with the answers. Highly recommended!!!

If you are looking for a very reputable shop, look no further. On my 2015 Audi A8L TDI, I had a very significant amount of work that was done that included removing the engine and transmission, replacing all suspension parts, and much more. After it was done, everything was done right and as expected. If you have any questions about the maintenance or work that was done to your vehicle, he will answer them will no hesitation. This is a very reputable shop that does things right. Will is very experienced in the entire VW group including Lamborghinis. If you are looking for a great price for phenomenal work, definitely go here.

Best shop I've ever used for servicing my Audi. Literally saved me thousands of dollars, and even my car itself... Another mechanic that was "high rated" told me my engine had low compression and was about to blow...meaning I would've had to come out of pocket for $8k+ to get a used 90k mile engine. My 09 Audi A4 is only 66k miles, no way in the world I would've put a 90k engine in there, especially at that price. I made up my mind and was just going to sell my car to the junkyard lol. I don't know how, but somehow I came across Ghiat & Son's shop and was able to get my car towed there. Definitely was a Godsend. Turns out nothing is wrong with my engine, it was only ignition coils and a few other things. Nothing costing $8k+. I don't live in the area, or I would definitely use this shop

Excellent people and mechanics who will get your ride back up a running to OEM Specification. Being a retired mechanic myself, I know when a shop is blowing me smoke, these guys never even lit a match honest and ethical establishment. I will use them again.

William and team at Ghiat & Son's German Auto Repair are refreshingly honest and transparent with their service and communication. They have an impressive amount of experience and working knowledge on import vehicles of all types and moreover a noticeable passion for taking care of their customers. On top of all that, they saved us literally thousands of dollars compared to a quote we received for major engine repair from the Mercedes dealership. They completed the same work using OEM parts. Highly recommend this shop. We will be back for sure!
