Valvoline Instant Oil Change

First visit as the location is fairly new. Staff was pleasant and helpful from the time I pulled in until they were through. Changed a taillight that had gone out. Did the standard service. Offered a few other services, which I politely declined. No sales push after that. I was able to use a coupon that I had that saved $15. Very convenient. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

In and out in a flash! Staff very friendly and personable! Manager Madie was extremely kind. And the service techs very nice. Oil , filer change and new air cleaner! Thank u all

The team there worked so well together and were extremely friendly and helpful. My tech explained everything as they went and brought other things to my attention without me feeling pressured to do those services that day. I appreciated the education aspect of the visit as I don’t know much about cars. The transparency was very refreshing!! Overall an amazing experience and I will be back next time I due for maintenance.

Amazingly fast. One guy under the car. One guy working under the hood. One guy gathering info and checked me out. I brought in my blue fusion in Dec. for the first time. In Jan. I brought in the red suv.. The guy with long hair recognized me and remembered our interaction! Fast service but really nice people work there.

Stephen and crew were very helpful. The whole thing was quick and easy. I used to change my oil myself but with how convenient the whole drive through oil change they will definitely be getting my business again.
