Take 5 Oil Change

The gentleman at Take 5 were incredible! Great service and above and beyond expectations when they found mouse bedding in the engine of my father in laws vehicle. They deserve a healthy raise.

I liked the one managing. He seemed to take an interest in wanting to do a good job. But while he was playing salesperson they didn't reset my oil system guide on panel. And didn't check air in my tires. When they showed me the oil was full on the stick, the oil was solid black which I found weird. They said I was a quart low when I pulled in and explained that that is what made my oil black.

I pulled in for an oil change. I was immediately taken care of and was made comfortable. My granddaughter and I were able to sit in the car until the job was done. They were kind enough to check all of my fluids and my air filter. My air filter must never have been changed because it was filthy. They changed the oil and the air filter for me.. The price was what I expected, and the whole process didn’t take long at all. I will definitely use them for my next oil change, thank you..

This is my original Take 5 location. I would drive out of my way to have them do my oil changes. They went out of their way to check my oil any time I stopped in with no questions asked. They also took the time addressing my concerns. The manager was very welcoming and knowledgeable. If it wasn’t for my positive experience with this particular location I’m not sure I would still be taking my cars to Take 5 today. This Take 5 staff is truly the best of the best. Again thank you for making my customer experience one of the best each and every time.

The last few times I have been there, there has been a consistent employee each time. He and the other techs were very friendly, informative and made the process very smooth. I purposely come back just due to that reason
