Todd and Scott took care of my prized Acura RSX. They did a transmission replacement in a week and kept me updated when we ran into road blocks. They made me feel my car was in good hands. They’re friendly, and seem to actually care about the work they do which is hard to find these days. If I ever need car work I am definitely coming back here! Great service a little pricey, I went in for back brakes and new rotary’s on a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander. Completed my inspection in less than an hour emailed everything that was going wrong, gave me an option if I wanted it fixed and the inspection was absolutely free. They found a coupon and applied it to my final bill. Everyone was very nice and professional. I will definitely be giving them my business,

2007 Dodge 2500 5.9 Cummins. Jacob and Michael performed an oil change and a transmission flush / fluid change. Truck drives completely different. So smooth. They sent over a report to go over recommended things to repair in the future which was cool. Scott kept good company in the lobby sharing funny stories. Highly recommend this place. They don’t pull the shady bs, they just fix vehicles and get ya back on the road.

This is my 2nd visit to Gibbon Tire and Auto and each time they have done a phenomenal job! The customer service is excellent and they are reasonably priced. Scott took the time to explain everything that needed to be repaired and the reason behind the recommendations. I loved the quick turnaround on repairs as well.
