Gibbs was recommended by a friend and they lived up to the recommendation. My service was a labor intensive replacement of the heater core on a 2000 Chevy Silverado. They recommended replacement of the evaporator coil as well to save me money on a future repair. I appreciate their concern for their customers. All in all the repairs were completed in a very timely manner and I can now stay toasty warm in my truck. A special shout out to Joe for coordinating these repairs and keeping me informed along the way. In closing, I highly recommend Gibbs for all your automotive needs

We had an OTR Driver break down in the middle of the night on Christmas Eve, we called Gibb's and Eric immediately answered and upon giving him the information he needed, he made it to our Driver and got the Truck and Trailer back to our yard within the hour that we called. He was very considerate to make sure that the Truck and Trailer were not blocking the drive or any of our other Truck and Trailers as well. If you are ever in need, we highly recommend these guys for your Heavy Duty towing needs as if we ever are in need again in the future this is who we will be calling.

Do NOT bring your vehicle here if you want to keep it. You pay for services that they do not service and deliver like diagnostic. My vechicle should have gotten diagnosed for radiator issues but instead oil leak which my vehicle was not leaking any oil. Due to the issue not addressed, vechicle ran hot after 15 minutes of leaving the shop from pickup...it blowed my engine. Plus they kept my vechicle for 4 weeks with lack of communication. Do not trust them with your vechicle.

After calling around to many places with no luck, I finally had the pleasure of speaking with Josh. He was very friendly and informative on what could be wrong with my car. I will be coming in the near future for them to take a look at it. After looking at the great reviews, I'm hopeful my ride can be fixed and ready to go.

The front office and mechanics were top notch, fast, professional, fairly priced service. I would definitely return for any future needed repairs.
