Gills Point S Tire & Auto Service

I kept having to put air in a certain tire so I knew there was a leak. Now normally I go to a certain place for tires, but I had time to kill in town and was on the wrong side of town so I decided to drop into Point S tire and auto service. Now I had all my daughters with me and they had a nice waiting room. The first surprise when I walked in after I asked them if they could fix my tire, because not only could they fix it right then, but a flat repair was FREE! Even the tire shop where I normally go charges $25 if you did NOT buy the tire there but Point S does then for free! Obviously they do this to get customers, and it works! I'll definitely call there and price tires next time I'm in the market. Not just that but they were super nice, they had coffee, and even 3D printed toys that

Grateful for the kind service I just received. A parking curb ripped plastic down under the front of my vehicle. I didn't want to lay in the snow in 10 degree weather to fix it, so I stopped in unannounced at the team fixed it up right away, free of charge! Looking forward to getting my next set of tires with them.

Recently bought a used car and put on a set of new tires. To protect them, I used Point S to check my alignment. Scheduling was easy, service was professional and the alignment check was free! I expected to pay from the beginning, and the fact that they actually made a slight adjustment to my camber, still at no charge was above and beyond. Class act Point S!

Fantastic customer service! I took my car in to have all 4 tires replaced since I had the originals on and had reached 78,000 miles. The manager helped me select all weather for majority in-town driving. We scheduled the appointment for installation as the tires I selected weren't in stock. Shipment arrived just as promised! The technician started on my vehicle right away, despite it being crazy busy on a Friday afternoon. As part of their all points check, the tech tested my battery and noted it was near dead. Here I thought my key fob battery was dying since it was getting difficult to turn over. I was relieved they tested so I wouldn't be stranded. I agreed to have them replace it. Came in 15 minutes early to drop off vehicle. (8:45) Was greeted but ignored for 10 minutes while they called other customers and returned calls. Should have taken 2 minutes to drop off keys. Probably should take care of people in front of you 1st. Never received a call that it was finished, I had to call at the end of day to find out it was ready and had to ask for air in my tires as well. As a tire shop you'd think checking pressure would be standard operating procedures, as well as a return call, guess not . Price was fine and scheduling was great.
