⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely lifesavers! We were on our anniversary trip, two hours from home, when our brake caliper blew out—right down the road from their shop. We pulled in just 30 minutes before closing, and they didn’t hesitate. They stayed late to get us back on the road safely, and the repair price was more than fair! The whole team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They treated us like family instead of last-minute customers, and that kindness meant the world to us on what could have been a stressful (or ruined) trip. We can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. If you’re ever in the area and need auto work, this is the place to go—highly recommend! Also their shop dog is adorable! We stopped by to get the wheel bearings fixed on our animal hauler and they were able to get us in right away. James was particularly helpful and kind! The price was much cheaper than other places around town. The work was sound and the trailer is riding smooth.

Honestly one of the best shops I've been to in a long time. I'm a lineman out of Spokane and I had a catastrophic brake failure mid trip. Cruz and his crew were fast, friendly and got me back on the road in record time. This Point S is like no other truly unmatched service and professionalism.

***Review update. The manager got in touch with me and made things right. They went above and beyond, even caughting that the control arm issue was a small repair that they fixed, saving me a few hundred dollars! Will very lonely switch my loyalties after this. This place tried to rip me off!!! I went there last week to get 2 tires replaced. The tires seem good quality and were affordable, plus they caught a bad control arm, which I'm super grateful for, and let me know my front brakes need replaced which is why they even get 2 stars. But now the bad. They quoted $1,000 to replace the control arm and $500 to do JUST my front brake pads. I got a second opinion because that seemed steep, especially when all of 4 of my brakes, including rotors, were just done for $750 at Les Schwab about

After driving all the way from Florida, I discovered a bubble on one of my tires. Had to drive 25 more miles in order to reach gils point s tire and Auto service in Hood River. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I was back on the road with a new tire and a smile on my face in 45 minutes. I even got to pet a dog in the shop.
