I needed to have my vehicle towed about 20 miles to Les Schwab after a tire blowout left me stranded. Driver was really friendly. Interior of truck was clean. I had been given two different prices over the phone by two different people at this company. Once towing was complete, the price had gone up again. It wasn't a huge amount. Just seemed a little annoying that cost went up from $180 on first call to $200 from dispatcher, then to $220 from driver. The driver was not equipped to provide a receipt for my cash payment. I would use this company again if I needed a tow but would verify quoted price prior to my car being loaded and would only pay by card so that I have a record of $ paid. Rating four stars because the driver was such a kind human.

Brandon was extremely knowledgeable, I was stuck in the bay of a Valvoline in Hood River for over two hours. I was so embarrassed as they redirected customers to bay one as I was stuck in bay two. The boys at Valvoline used two of their chargers to no avai and then used their personal vehicles to hook up to my car which didn’t work.. Valvoline finally pushed me out of the bay with absolutely no charge, power steering , nothing to my vehicle as I sat behind the wheel and did my best with grit to get it into a parking space while I called AAA. Thank goodness Brandon from Rivets Edge Towing came as it took all of two minutes with his fully charged tiny battery charger to get me on the road to home. I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the handling of my tow request and the report made by your driver. The driver stated he could not locate the vehicle. This is not accurate. The vehicle was in plain sight along the road. I provided exact GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude), clear mile markers, and specific location details. Despite this, the driver claimed he drove up and down the road twice and could not find it. On his second pass, another vehicle—a 1997 Ford F-150—was present at the location with people standing there, including my son, who had been waiting for over an hour.
