its so nice to go to a mechanic and not leave feeling broke and dumb. i had a flat today and was able to get in asap for repair. patrice took my calls, was outside checking my car out the second it got there, and to my knowledge was in the building working all day (hands on ownership/management is always a green flag in my book). she also ordered the tire in front of me. it took a while, but i missed my initial appointment time, and specifically told them i was in no rush because i was working from the waiting area. so not even going to try and blame that on them. a woman i didnt get the name of (glasses) was lovely all day- checked up on me, shared a pizza with me and other customers, and when the time came, she explained everything thatd come up with the car in a way that was both kno

The service was fantastic and quick. I love that they have it set up to be pampered while you wait. Sandy and crew are awesome and compassionate. I really appreciated their help. However the loan company is a scam and took an unauthorized amount of money from my account, which forced you to pay it all in 3 months at the values price or pay them 110% interest if you required more time, which the option was 12 months over twice the original price, no other options in-between. I had to have the car battery that was put in taken back out and charged for that service in order to pay for the brakes, which was not brought to my attention after the fact. This loan company is going to damage this garage's business and reputation. Please find another company to work with.

I love GAC. It's so difficult to find an auto shop that you can trust. A place that won't oversell you or lie to you about how pressing an issue is. I can trust GAC to give it to me straight and be honest about when a repair is necessary versus a down the road repair vs just nice to have. Their work to educate and empower women is amazing and I appreciate their trans inclusiveness. Highly recommend. I have found they are more expensive than big corporation shops but it's worth it for the trust, quality of work, and knowing the workers are probably getting better pay.

The employees work very hard to get your car done quickly and they care about the quality of their work. The warranty on their work is one of the best in the industry. Girls Auto Clinic offers workshops on the weekends to help women learn the basics of cars in a safe environment. The community is quite positively impacted by this shop!
