Very personable and integrity drivenfolks, which can sometimes be a rarity in the auto garage/ body shop industry. Glen has helped me a few times in the past, so I knew I needed to go to him again when my cars door handle got knocked off. He was honest throughout the process, even when the initial piece he ordered did not include everything he would need for the fix and paint. The price at the end was more than fair for industry average, and he gave my 3 old son (who loves all things vehicles) a Hot Wheels car- so he talked often in the subsequent days about how much he liked the "auto body shop". Worth going if you're in need in this way and in or around the area.

I hit a deer in my Volvo and while it didn’t cause a substantial amount, it was still more than I could handle without involving insurance. I am highly satisfied with Glenn and his team’s work—he was friendly and professional, kept me informed, and went way beyond what I was expecting just a simple collision/repair job. My car was so clean when it arrived back to me too! I highly recommend GIS! You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent customer service. Their whole staff is kind great prices they’ve gone above and beyond every time I’ve brought my vehicle in for maintenance or repair As far as their auto sales, I highly recommend my son bought his first car from there and it’s still going strong.

Worst service I ever received! Took my car there after an accident they painted my tailgate and bumper the complete wrong color. I went back to get it fixed the SECOND time they fixed the tailgate color, but not the bumper. Went back the THIRD time for the bumper to be repainted and they still put the wrong color. This was from October 2024-October 2025. It took a year of me taking my car in and out of the shop for them to still get it wrong. The manager Glenn acted like I was such an inconvenience for requesting a rental for THEIR repeated mistake. I wouldn’t recommend this shop even to someone I hated because they do not deserve the business.

I have had both bodywork and mechanical work done at GIS for several years now. Glenn and his team are always very helpful and professional. They treat their customers with respect and kindness. I would really them to anyone who needs automotive repairs done.
