I am thrilled with the service I received from Glenshaw Auto. After I got towed to their garage, I was on the phone with them multiple times to ask questions, review their diagnoses, and ask for updates. Each phone call was extremely friendly, and I was grateful to receive such thorough explanations and honest, professional advice. They did all their repairs and updated me in such a timely fashion, and now my car is doing so much better. I am also happy with the price I paid. Dan, Gregg, and Christian did a great job with my car, and I appreciate Matt and Mariah with assisting me with after hours pickup, contactless payment, and setting up an appointment. I would happily return for other car needs!

I have used glenshaw auto for a year or 2 now. They have always had excellent customer service. They explain everything to you clearly and are open to answering all questions with great patience. Today, I had an urgent issue and they were able get me in and fix it in the same day( the day before they close for the Christmas holiday). Mariah was amazing and kind and saved the day along with the rest of the staff there.

I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and am truly thankful for the professional yet friendly atmosphere. The thoroughness with which my Toyotas were and are maintained is second to none. Two older minivans were so well kept that I was offered top dollar, ultimately resulting in my choice of a newer 4RUNNER. Beyond personally requested tasks, any recommendations are prioritized and explained to me beforehand. Dropped car off this morning for yearly inspection got ride home right away. Within a few hours neat text indicating results and suggestions. Passed inspection flying colors. They remembered I do some small services myself which I appreciate and suggest others based on mileage. Car ready to go ride on way to pick me up. Always polite courteous excellent service. This was my third year coming here and plan to make it four.

Best and fastest service ever. My car broke down on a Thursday night, and I had it towed to glenshaw Auto service because it was the closest garage to my house. Without an appointment or any expectation they were getting my car, they were able to affect extremely major repairs the very next day for an extremely reasonable price. They sent me pictures of everything wrong with the car, so I could see where there was where and tear on the car, without having to be afraid that the mechanic was ripping me off because he could. Honestly, it was an amazing experience about what auto service in a small town used to mean.
