Do not take your car for repair here... even if it was bought new a year ago HERE and need a yearly inspection. Not only do they charge you a literal arm and a leg... they give you a total different than what you pay when you arrive. The manager in the vest claims "we don't charge tax, we collect tax for the state. We never give a total with tax". So remember to take your calculator our BEFORE ypu pick up your car. If you collect the payment, and you collect rhe tax, it would only make sense to gice the total YOU COLLECT! In addition, the girl taking payment charged a full total (which was supposed to be split on two cards as we prepared for the total given) which caused one card to have a 1200k hold- "we don't know when your bank will take that off". So we paid the nearly 1700 to get out

I had an 11:30 AM appointment, but when I arrived I was told the staff only starts working at 12:30 PM. This should have been clearly communicated in advance. Appointments should match actual working hours. Please be more careful with scheduling, as it wastes customers’ time.

I bought a used GMC 1 month ago and it was a great process. Bill was a very friendly, relatable, and knowledgeable salesman who helped me with my purchase and was NOT pushy at all. The facility was clean and the staff were very helpful. They were willing to work with me on my trade in car and negotiate my out the door price below their sticker price. I have been driving my new vehicle for 1 month now and its the best purchase I have made! Would recommend for any car, especially a GMC!

One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had! Bought a used Yukon the week before Thanksgiving. Had it for a day & the transmission failed. Totally no one’s fault. They were super kind & accommodating! They covered everything including our warranty deductible! But — they gave a loaner car & my son totaled it two days later. They were STILL understanding & truly cared more about his safety than the car. When our car was done being fixed, we just signed & drove away with a new transmission. I thought for sure they would’ve been heated about parts of the whole ordeal but they remained steadfast in kindness. Mark, our sales guy, was super kind & really attentive to anything we needed.
