Glass America made getting my window replaced easy and affordable from making the appointment to the installation. They were able to come to my work to fix it. I appreciate how they called to let me know when they were on their way and what time the would be their. Prices were fair and reasonable

Called them and came out the next day. It was a side window and he worked on but there was a problem with the rivet holding it. He put crash glass on it to protect it. He left and didn't charge. He said I might have to take to their shop in Akron. That same night I received an email that stated the tech would be back tomorrow. He called the next day and said he would be here within the hour. He showed up and got it fixed. It was $79.00 cheaper than Safe Auto. It would have taken Safe Auto nine days to get out here.
