they actually contract out to other glad companies to do the work. initially they ordered the wrong part and the tech told me it was going to cost more because they needed to recalibrate the part(scam) so they had to reschedule. the next time they rescheduled on the day of, the tech called out of work. i had to take off work 3 different times due to their incompetence. you're better off going with a more well known for company.. at least they are reliable I'll never do business with them again

Called and made an appointment for Saturday, three days away, because I work during the week. They text back a few hours later trying to change the appointment to six days later, 9 days total, on a Friday saying that's the best they could do. Sucked getting my hopes up and kinda prevented me from scheduling anything else that day since they responded so late. Not great.

Everything was great. I had only one issue and that was I called to inform them that I had a doctors appt at 2pm that I had forgotten about of course. They scheduled my appt during that time. Fyi leave that day open because you can be scheduled for anytime of the day. Great service though. I would use them again if I have to. Hope I don't have to though. Lol

Asked about the services and lady hung up on me. All I need is some glass.

The staff was excellent they explained everything to me and my wife.
