Glass America

I've been a commercial customer for over 10 years with Glass America/Ed&Sons. With the recent ownership change, the quality of work has declined. Lack of communication and quality of work. I had Glass America remove a windshield on one of my cars to replace a molding. When they removed the windshield, the technician scratched the window tint. When I called to let them know what happened, the representative gave me a $120 credit towards the bill. I asked if they can pay for the cost of the tint which is more then $120. The representative said that someone from the corporate office would be contacting me. Almost a month later and still no word from corporate. If Glass America would've called me back and paid for the tint, I wouldn't have wrote this review.

I called today due to my husband scratching my windshield to remove the snow and ice off my car, there WAS a lot of scratches. They said come on by so we can take a look and see if we can help. They were so kind, honest, and did an incredible job! Highly recommend. Thank you so much!! ♥️

I was really happy with the work I had done on my Mercedes Sprinter van. The team had to think outside the box a bit to make the install go smoothly, but figured it out and kept me informed through the entire process. Everyone I dealt with, from the ladies at the front desk to all the technicians were super friendly. Thanks!

Can’t stress enough how great this place is. They made the process so easy to setup an appointment, order the parts and have the install completed. From the initial phone call to picking up my car after install, the service was professional and courteous. I had my windshield and sunroof replaced here and have zero complaints. Highly recommend!

Went here referred by Holman where I bought my 2025 car after my windshield got wrecked by a rock... The staff was all very kind and sympathetic to my situation. I was glad they recommended I ask about my warranty because I wound up deciding to do OEM to avoid a void! Appreciate that I had a positive experience here, definitely would recommend.
