After calling half a dozen windshield places, these guys had the best prices and would install next day instead of next week. Mario was great, early and texted when on his way. Very clean install less than an hour. He even clean my entire top Dashboard. Great overall experience.

I had a really frustrating experience with Glass America. Booked an appointment online, got confirmation via email, and was told I’d get a call in the morning. No call—so I had to chase it. The person I spoke to said yes, I was confirmed for today. But then someone from the Sunnyvale office called me and was unbelievably rude. Said they didn’t have me down at all and I’d need to come to them to get it done, which wasn’t the plan. When I asked why I had confirmation emails, she got even ruder. Total mess. No service, no accountability, and no reason to treat a customer like that.

Glass work was ok. Their business practices felt like a scam though, so I hope someone else reads this and isn’t fleeced. Called on a Thursday and got a quote for around 350 for a front windshield replace. Cool. Was informed that the tech would call between 8-9 the next day to schedule the work. The next day, no call was received from the tech from 8-9. I called the company at 0930 to ask what was going on, and they said they put in another ETA request for the tech. Still nothing. I called AGAIN around 11 asking where the tech was, and they said they would put in another request for him to schedule. Nothing. It wasn’t until around 1pm that the tech called to say he was on the way in 5 minutes. No scheduling or asking when’s good for me. When the tech arrived, they brought the wrong gl

GA-Sunnyvale helped me calibrate my Honda ADAS system after the front camera failed. Very thorough. Everyone there was great from initial call to the actual calib job. Thumbs up!
