Glasshopper Auto Glass

I had someone come out and replace a heavily scratched car window. I went to roll the window up and down a few minutes after the tech finished it, and it swouldn't go all the way up then got stuck. Had to go in later and they said my regulator had broke due to tension on the window. Apparently semi common for my vehicle type but because the tech had left prior to me testing, they advised we would now need to pay for regulator. They originally quoted me 342 which was more than the window replacement I had just paid for. Kacey did come out and talk with us about it and they covered some of the cost of the regulator fix. We appreciate their willingness to correct the issue and the mobile services helped with needing to do it during work.

I've used several glass places in the past, but found my new favorite shop. GlassHopper was fast, not expensive, and very professional. Talon came out to our house in Eden and fixed 2 vehicles and installed a new windshield on a large truck. Expert all the way. I highly recommend these folks.

They did what i asked them to do, they replaced my back window. The good work stopped there. Clean up was poor, there was still glass rattling in the door and trim still, the rear defrost was not hooked up and I have a new crack in my trim that was not there before. If all you need is a window replaced they can do that.

Do not go to glasshopper. The employees there have a temper and are extremely passive aggressive. First off The older installer lost my second key in the driveway and claimed no key was on the key chain but I found it next to my car when he brought it back. Second and Most importantly they cannot get my windshield weather stripping to stay on. This is the 4th time my weather stripping has come off of the windshield In 6 months since I had my wind shield repaired. I'm going to be forced to go to another glass company because it is blatantly obvious they are not capable. They didn't even have the courtesy to remove the sticker off of the new weather stripping. Third and finally their management team is extremely unorganized on the 3rd time I needed my weather stripping replaced because the

Young man came out and replaced my windshield quick. He also had a little time to talk, these guys are well trained and will get the job done!
