If I had to do it all over again, I would not have taken my car here for repair. While I (currently) don’t see any issues with the finished product, Global Collission did not deliver the level of professionalism that I expected from a repair center of this caliber. The woman answering the phone provided me with incorrect information (lies) and was simply unprofessional at times. The person handling my repairs was rude and yelled at me stating, “well what do you want us to do?? Stop working on the car bc that’s what we will do if you want” and that “we deserve to spend time with our families, too” when I told him all I wanted was to have my car repaired in a timely manner. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous. The service? Terrible. The receptionist? Misinformed. They don’t know anything, so do not ask. And please speak to them like you’re talking to a peer or a friend, they are the most unprofessional receptionist I have ever met. Who says “what’s up,” as a greeting to a customer. The estimator? Never there. Catch her when you can. Now let’s get into the service. Your car will be sitting for months and months. I dropped my vehicle off in May of 2025, and it was not completed until December of 2025. This was supposed to be a 2 month repair. I should have pulled up reviews before taking my vehicle to this shop. If only I could submit NO stars. First of all, ERAN IS AN ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT OF A MANAGER. Communication is non-existent, and when there is communication, false information is given. I dropped my car off in JUNE. it is now SEPTEMBER and the car is still not ready for pick up. The fact that I have received no updates and have had to call the shop myself to ask what's going on with my car is WILD. Not only did Eran fail to appropriately communicate with the insurance company about what needed to be done for parts to be ordered way back in June, she also provides ZERO FOLLOW UP and is filled with nothing but excuses every time I'm able to reach the shop for an update. Worst Repair place We've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. DO NOT give them your car expecting quick service, or even a finished job. Had a front end collision with a deer, left a sizeable dent and broke the grill. I know it can take a while for parts to come in, but it took them 6 months to get it back to us in the absolute worse condition. I guess they left it open in the rain cause the trunk was absolutely flooded and the whole car was filled with mold, all 4 tires were flat, and to top it off, none of the airbags were connected. We refuse to take it and they " fixed it, and cleaned it again". After about another month again, and the floors and back seats are still full mold, but we take it anyways, Despite everything ,including a missing fog light they should have replaced. C

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE? Used to be a great customer services and very proactive. ZERO COMMUNICATION, I BEEN TOLD I WILL GET A CALL WITH UPDATES ON MY VEHICLE, AFTER OVER A MONTH I HAVENT GOT ONE SINGLE PHONE CALL TO LET ME KNOW THE STATUS ON MY VEHICLE, I have to call several times and whoever is overviewing my cars never is there to give an update, always at lunch (even I called different times ) or somewhere but never there to answer what is the update on my car and I never get a call back.
