I bought a van from GM Motors in New York and noticed it was leaking water right after getting it. I brought this concern up to David, the manager there, and he told me it was a recall issue and assured me it would be taken care of by GM dealers in Colorado once I brought it back home. Based on his word, I trusted him and took the van to Colorado. However, once I arrived here, the local dealers clearly stated that there was no such recall and they had no idea what this dealership was talking about. They denied it completely — and they were correct. There was no recall, and GM Motors in New York simply wasn’t telling the truth. Worst experience ever. Emptied my gas tank to do recall on fuel pump. They said I dropped off empty. Car was returned dirty water spots bumper not installed correctly windshield was replaced never cleaned replaced motor for window forgot cover replaced starter things that needed not replacing. After picking up car still not fixed after them having for 5 weeks. Knowing that my car still had issues it was still returned unfinished. Supervisor was unwilling to fix my vehicle said pickup your vehicle or it will be left out in the parking lot.

Amazing service! It was fast and David made us feel comfortable with the whole process. Will recommend to family and friends and if I’m ever looking for another vehicle, I will definitely give him a call.

Bought the van from GM Motors. Guys really take care about their customers. Let me take the car for an inspection to a depended mechanic. They fixed little before purchase issue and keep helping even after I purchased the car. No hidden fees. David and his colleague really professional. Further purchase I’ll definitely do at GM Motors again. Thank you
