I purchased a ford flex February 26th. Was told it had an exhaust leak and was an easy fix, so it wasn’t a problem for me. Got underneath of it after I purchased the vehicle and it’s actually the catalytic converters that are bad. It had a fresh alignment and was told “new tires.” 2 days of driving it the tire pressure lights pop on so I said screw this and took it to get all new tires put on, come to find out 2 of the tires were literally showing cord. Who does an alignment when the tires are that bad? Put me and my 11 month old twins at risk of an accident. Definitely not honest people. I think they should fix my car in my opinion because of the safety risks they caused my family and I and with the lies. Oh and they charged me $200 extra than what we agreed on and I didn’t catch that on
