Golden Age Manor

Total dive, smells like cig smoke and very dusty / dirty as well as the air is VERY STALE , looks like it is time locked in the late 70s, floor is very dirty in the lobby doesn't look vacuumed in months at a minimum. You can only sit in their lobby from 7am to 3pm, buzz in button is broke, plus side their mail boxes are inside but in the lobby and there is a camera at the door to come in but you can only enter if you live there or know someone so it is semi-secure. If you get a place here via help from the county, you have to pay if your AC breaks. if you are there with help from the county or SSA, your income is restrict how will you pay for a $600+ wall AC unit?! Even with the few plus features, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
