Golden Assisted Living

I currently live at Golden assisted living I have been here for three and a half years . The facility is well maintained its an old building I believe that it was built in the 1980s . The staff is very good polite respectful . You can come and go as you like and you have all the stores you need within a mile radius . The food is on a scale from 1 to 10 I give it a 3-4 . If you if you require medical attention the attend to you promptly and caringly . Overall I would say bring your loved ones here they have gotten new cooksand the foods a little better but there is room for making it average . God bless y'all.

In the five years that I have lived at the facility, I have found the staff to be friendly, capable, and caring. The building itself is clean and in working order and the dining fare is on par with what can be expected at most assisted-living facilities. The Administrator and her assistants are all-hands-on-deck when it comes to the needs of the resident, tirelessly working on their behalf, regardless of what hour of the day or night. Compared to other facilities in which I have lived, including a slum-lord in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in West Hollywood, Golden Assisted Living Facility is a gem. A dear friend of mine was in the care of this facility and she's was terribly abused, neglected and deprived of medical attention not to mention left in unsanitary condition. There's photos of the bruises she was covered in. I hope my friend sues them and shuts them down. Don't send your loved ones to this place.

I live next to this place. On Sunday October 28th, @ 12:05am i could hear a Male nurse(or what ever he is) yelling at one of the gentlemen who live there to "hurry up..... your wasting my time". Hello. Your there to assist him. Not yell at him. I don't recommend this place for a loved one. Nurses are mean.. night shift that is.
