I’m not one to usually write a review, but this shop deserves all the praise—solid 12/10 experience. I came in for new brakes and rotors and they did the replacement promptly and professionally. Even replaced my wipers without me asking at no charge. They checked my battery that was having issues, and Scott took the time to clearly explain what was going on. Final price was exactly what they quoted me over the phone. You can genuinely tell Golden Auto cares about their work and their customers. Great service that truly went above and beyond. Go-to shop and the one I’ll be recommending to others.

I almost gave up on my car after the dealer told me the rear axle beam and rear suspension needed repair and quoted me $6,500—more than the value of my car. When I asked how much they would give me if I sold the car to them, they said only $200. I was completely distraught. I decided to get a second opinion at Golden Auto, and I’m so glad I did. Their quote was less than a quarter of what the dealer charged. Because of Scott and his dad, I was able to save my car. They are honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and they truly treat you like family. Writing this review is the only way I can repay their kindness. This place was highly recommended to me from a close friend. I’ve been bringing my 2001 Toyota 4Runner here for over 1 year now, and it’s the only place I absolutely trust to work on my car to the point of me moving to South Carolina recently, yet still bringing my car here when I’m in town.
