Golden Nozzle Car Wash

This evening at 5:22 pm, I went to the Golden Nozzle in Ludlow, MA. The attendant had an ear bud in and was actively talking on his cell phone. Usually they brush the back with soap as the car enters the wash but not this time. The attendant seemed to care less and continued talking on his phone. When I got home the back of my SUV was still dirty and I was not happy. I got The Works at $17.00. I would like a refund or another wash at least and will be reaching out to the company but you should be aware of how customers are treated and how service is not being rendered to a business that depends on their customer base. Very disappointing all around.

All the road salt and snow came right off after the wash. Not bad at all for $10!

While my car was in the wash the roller / conveyor belt malfunctioned so my car stopped moving and the car behind me bumped into my car. My car was in neutral and I had not touched any of the controls. Obviously, when a car bumps yours from behind the metal on metal leaves gouges and scratches. They do have a incident process and while somewhat slower than ideal it does work and they agreed to fix my car.

Haven’t been to a golden nozzle in years figured I would try again. Definitely a disappointment Got the Best and my car came out looking worse.

was cleaning my car, there were cars coming out of the wash. when I was done I went nobody was there sat there for 10 minutes and no one showed up. never coming back
