Golden Nozzle Car Wash

The attendants at this car wash are so friendly and nice, even when it’s 20F outside they are out there spraying down the cars. It must be miserable in the cold but I never see them without a smile. Car wash does a great job too!

Hello. I stopped in tonight (1/28/2026) to get a car wash at your Rochester NH location. I ordered the golden wash. I went through and at the end I realized I never felt an underbody wash. So I got out and looked. It never happened. This was the main reason for my stop tonight, to clean the salt and snow from under my car. When I noticed that I went to the operator to show them what happened. He basically told me there was nothing he could do. I asked him for a number to reach out but he ended up calling a manager instead. They gave me a rewash. Which is nice and all but once again it did NOT work. I’m not usually the one to complain but this is ridiculous. I wasted $25 for basically nothing. That may not be a lot to some people but to me it is. I now have to dish out another $20 or so to

I used to love this car wash. Until an employee claiming to be management made my 11year old child feel terrible. The vacuum head was or became slightly bent making a whistling noise (something easily fixed). My child was helping vacuum and felt bad it happened and tried to fix it himself. The employee was laughing and shaking her head at my child. Do better! Customers don’t need to be treated like that. Just glad her behavior was caught on camera and hopefully she doesn’t treat anyone or any other child that way again.

Great carwash and staff is friendly. Love that they offer an unlimited monthly wash pass with different wash options and prices. I can stop in everyday to have the bugs washed off from my trip down the highway. It's large enough to accommodate my lifted Jeep without any issues. And the best part are the free vacuums!

Always makes my ride nice and shiny, and when it's clean it drives better! Like other Golden Nozzle locations, it's large enough for many pickups. The vacuums today weren't working to clean the junk inside the car, hopefully they get fixed and I can update my review.
