Golden Nozzle Car Wash

I pay for an unlimited monthly wash pass. Sign says they are open until 7:00pm. Last 2 days in a row I drove out of my way to wash my car only to find out they had closed at 5:30. The worker was still there and told me “corporate” told her to close early. I guess they couldn’t care less about their customers, just close whenever the heck you feel like it I guess. There is a new car wash that just opened down the road maybe they will appreciate my business

I use all the golden nozzle car washes across New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. I wash my car once a week I travel. I love their axcessibility. They're all good and clean. Most of their employees are happy and friendly. There's a few seem to be having rough days. I never judge them on that. Julia at the Waterville location seems to be extremely attentive to detail and very customer friendly.

My molding was blown off during the drying cycle and I was told I had to file a claim which was quickly denied. All I wanted was the piece of molding back, and Adam (who was extremely arrogant) told me "it's hard to look for it because of your attitude". What does that even mean?! Total jerk and I hope he reaps what he has sown. And so it is.

Does a great job but it needs a bottom blast under the car to spray away the salt. I always get grease on my car from the car wash. It is great though.

People rude. We got stuck because the machine shut down in the middle of the building. The machines destroy my truck. Took out the review mirror, my licence plate is all bent in and the vacuum in the end dents in my roof.
